    We're looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist to support our Consumer team. In this role, you'll be accountable for delivering programs and projects that drive user engagement and donations for our fundraisers, c rowdfunders and donors. You'll be the main point of contact for all consumer CRM requests, supporting the Head of CRM and Digital Marketing to define what consumer CRM initiatives to prioritise across multiple regions.

    What you'll be doing

    • Responsible for supporting the Head of CRM and Digital Marketing with annual and quarterly planning against business goals
    • Manage workload using a sprint format, accounting for hours and prioritising projects accordingly, highlighting to the Head of CRM and Digital Marketing if the next sprint's workload is projected to be significantly above/below contracted hours
    • Own and optimise existing consumer CRM lifecycle journeys
    • Own and maintain projects ranging from ad-hoc campaigns through to lifecycle rebuilds using project management tool (Asana)
    • Work with internal stakeholders to plan and define regional requirements
    • Manage our CRM agency resource to ensure that work is delivered on time and to budget
    • Continuously develop our internal and external CRM processes to create on-going efficiency
    • Report on campaign KPI's. Provide post campaign reporting and overall recommendations to meet business KPI's

    What we need you to bring

    • Hands on experience in a CRM role - we're thinking 3+ years
    • Experience designing customer centric CRM programs . The ability to develop strategies to drive business KPI's
    • Experience managing complex lifecycle, multi-wave, data-driven campaigns
    • Highly agile with innovative mindset
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); comfortable with numbers and analysis, and excellent attention to detail
    • Experience using enterprise marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign)

    Desirable

    • Experience of HTML, CSS
    • Experience with In-App and Push notification messaging
    • A solid understanding of data and relational database structures
