- Leading a Customer Service team (10+) to deliver exceptional customer service to B2C and B2B customers.
- Happy to be hands on in day to day responsibilities and happy to be the go to person when a problem is escalated.
- Strategic input for CS functions and reporting back to Exec level of the group.
- finding innovative ways to increase CS for the business through tech and other modern techniques.
- Bridge gap between all of the teams including warehouse, logistics and sales to ensure CS levels are high and consistent throughout.
- Strong Customer Service experience within a high-growth or large consumer goods business.
- Food or Beverage experience is highly desirable.
- Ecommerce experience is also highly desirable.
- Has experience of using tech and automations.
- Strong leadership experience, comfortable at managing large teams.
- PERSONALITY - it's a customer service role so your personality and smile needs to be infectious both externally and internally.
