    MUST HAVE - Ecommerce & Consumer Goods Experience to be considered

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Customer Service to join a rapidly growing Consumer Goods business.

    They are a group who have continued to grow YoY across multiple channels from Retail, Ecommerce and the trade.

    This hire is an important one for the business and is a new milestone in their growth strategy.

    The Role

    • Leading a Customer Service team (10+) to deliver exceptional customer service to B2C and B2B customers.
    • Happy to be hands on in day to day responsibilities and happy to be the go to person when a problem is escalated.
    • Strategic input for CS functions and reporting back to Exec level of the group.
    • finding innovative ways to increase CS for the business through tech and other modern techniques.
    • Bridge gap between all of the teams including warehouse, logistics and sales to ensure CS levels are high and consistent throughout.

    The Person

    • Strong Customer Service experience within a high-growth or large consumer goods business.
    • Food or Beverage experience is highly desirable.
    • Ecommerce experience is also highly desirable.
    • Has experience of using tech and automations.
    • Strong leadership experience, comfortable at managing large teams.
    • PERSONALITY - it's a customer service role so your personality and smile needs to be infectious both externally and internally.

    Salary £70-85k (depending on experience)
