We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Governance Facilitator to join the Divisional Governance Team in improving patient care within the Family Health Division

The post holder will support the divisional and directorate teams in the monitoring, sharing and identifying of issues linked with Quality, Risk and Safety.

They will also support the division in the provision of information to directorates and management teams to enable improvement in patient experiences within Family Health.

You will need skills of patience, enthusiasm, resilience as well a technical IT skills.

The Governance Facilitator will support the Divisional Team in the co-ordination of all aspects of QRS & Clinical Effectiveness across the Division.

The post holder will work with the Divisional Quality, Risk & Safety team, Divisional Leadership team (DLT), Care Group Leadership teams, Speciality QRS Leads, Matrons, Quality Risk & Safety Nurses and Specialty General Managers across DLT to embed a QRS culture throughout all specialities and all levels within the division.
