    Head of Product opportunity with a fast-growing, well-funded FinTech startup in the financing space. This is a hybrid role based in London.

    Our client, a B2C financing platform, is building a revolutionary suite of personalised finance products helping their users save money. Additionally, they have huge plans to expand their suite heading into 2024, and are now looking for an experienced Head of Product to help take the product to the next level and ultimately, take ownership of this.

    You will work closely with the technical and product teams to guide the development and product features throughout the end-to-end product life cycle.

    This role will suit an experienced hands-on product leader who has a background in building and scaling highly technical B2C FinTech products that utilise open banking.

    About the role:

    • Hands-on involvement in directing the product development from research and testing through to post-launch
    • Work cross-functionally with the engineering team and take ownership of user stories
    • Guiding the technical development of new features to improve customer experiences
    • Establish and monitor key initiatives and measurements with feedback on improvements, changes, or issues to the wider team
    • Engage with key stakeholders
    • Establish KPIs and feedback improvements or issues to the team

    About you:

    • Several years experience in a B2C product management role, preferably within FinTech
    • You currently or have previously worked in a fast-growing startup environment
    • Previous experience of working closely with technical teams (technical background is beneficial)
    • Experience with agile processes such as; scrumban, kanban, etc.
    • Have used business intelligence tools; data modelling, and data analysis skills (SQL, etc.)
    • Strong project management skills and second-to-none attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Can work autonomously and happy to take ownership of certain product areas when necessary

    On offer:

    • Basic salary of £100k - £120k, depending on experience with potential for equity
    • Hybrid role based in London (3 days a week in the office)
