    Red Rock Geoscience is expanding. We are looking for a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join our Exeter team in September 2024.

    Red Rock Geoscience is a geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy who has a reputation for solving problems on difficult development sites and taking a managed risk approach to challenging geotechnical and geo-environmental problems.

    We are looking to recruit a Graduate Engineering Geologist to support our geotechnical design services for a wide range of clientele on a variety of local, national and international projects.

    Whilst some projects will be based in the local area, the role may also involve supervision of projects in other locations throughout the UK and overseas.

    Soil and groundwater sampling, installation and monitoring of instruments
    Scheduling and managing laboratory testing and interpreting results
    BSc degree level qualified in Geology, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering or a related subject.
    Preferably an MSc in Engineering Geology / Geotechnical Engineering

    Knowledge of the principles of Geotechnical Engineering and current UK ground investigation techniques, specifications, and standards (BS5930:2015 / Eurocode 7).

    Good verbal and written English.

    Full UK Driving License.
