To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a
Recruitment Advisor to be based at our offices in
Slough.

This role would lend itself to a Hybrid Working arrangement, but you must be able to commit to 3 days per week in the Slough Office.

This is initially a 12-month fixed term
contract, with the potential to become permanent.

About the role:

Provide full support to hiring managers on planned and approved vacancies, managing the recruitment process from start to finish and recruiting individuals within agreed timeframe.
Growing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and provide the primary liaison between hiring managers and recruitment agencies
Actively participate in interviewing and selection activity, including Assessment Centres
Support the onboarding process for new starters
Ensure compliance with agreed Recruitment Policy, and that published forms and templates are used

About You:

You will have proven experience of recruiting within an inhouse team or a similar environment that involves dealing with confidential information.
You will have have proven experience of managing multiple, complex roles
Able to deal with conflicting demands and work calmly under pressure
Experience of direct hiring tools, such as job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
