To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a
Maintenance Contract Support Coordinator based at our offices in Slough.
About the role:
- You will manage the administration of our Maintenance Contracts, including producing quotations and processing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- You will ensure the maintenance database is accurately maintained, and produce regular and ad hoc reports when required.
- You will respond to customer queries and ensure internal stakeholder have relevant information to ensure service visits occur in line with contractual requirements.
- You will provide data and graphical reports to support activity such as contract reviews, governance reports and contract expenditure reviews.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally with experience of producing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Well versed in working to tight deadlines and with specific KPI targets.
- Able to efficiently liaise with System Specialists and ensure site visits are conducted within designated dates, maintaining healthy working relationships.
- Able to competently manage databases and Excel spreadsheets, producing regular and ad hoc reports. SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident communication style, polite and courteous
