To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a
Maintenance Contract Support Coordinator based at our offices in Slough.

About the role:

You will manage the administration of our Maintenance Contracts, including producing quotations and processing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
You will ensure the maintenance database is accurately maintained, and produce regular and ad hoc reports when required.
You will respond to customer queries and ensure internal stakeholder have relevant information to ensure service visits occur in line with contractual requirements.
You will provide data and graphical reports to support activity such as contract reviews, governance reports and contract expenditure reviews.

About You:

A minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally with experience of producing quotations and processing customer orders.
Well versed in working to tight deadlines and with specific KPI targets.
Able to efficiently liaise with System Specialists and ensure site visits are conducted within designated dates, maintaining healthy working relationships.
Able to competently manage databases and Excel spreadsheets, producing regular and ad hoc reports. SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident communication style, polite and courteous
