Are you skilled in facilities management and maintenance? ASA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time position in facilities management/caretaking within the public sector in Glasgow.

This 12-month contract offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and functionality of public spaces.


Responsibilities:


Essential Skills, Competences:


  • Prior experience in facilities/property maintenance is required. Proficiency in using small tools, ladders, and snow clearing equipment is necessary. Must possess a full UK Driving License. Basic Disclosure Certificate from Disclosure Scotland.

Desirable skills:

  • Basic electrical Knowledge
  • Basic plumbing knowledge
  • Basic joinery knowledge
