*Job Description: We are seeking individuals who excel in various trades, including but not limited to ground works, carpentry, plumbing, glazing, and finishing trades like painting & decorating, plastering, and tiling. The role encompasses a diverse range of repair and renewal tasks, demanding a high standard of workmanship and a broad spectrum of multi-skilled capabilities.
A strong emphasis is placed on candidates with proficiency in carpentry and brickwork. A valid driving license is essential for this role.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, capable of working independently or in a team environment.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to construction and maintenance work.
Proven track record of effectively engaging with customers, embodying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in both collaborative and autonomous work settings.
Crucial Focus:
Above all, this role serves as the primary interface between WCC and local residents. Candidates must exhibit a keen dedication to customer satisfaction, adept at fostering positive relationships with residents.
