    Job Summary

    Financial Controller (UK Hub Controller)

    Par, St Austell, Cornwall

    Full time (37.5 hours per week) – Monday to Friday

    Competitive salary, bonus and car allowance

    A rare opportunity has come up for a Financial Controller based at our Par Head Office. We are looking for a true business partner to join us and support multiple stakeholders including our UK 'hub' senior team, operational managers, product managers as well as our sales and quality teams. There will also be an opportunity to work with our overseas colleagues.

    The focus for our Financial Controller will be cost analysis, identification of risks and opportunities to improve performance, as well as assisting with building the financial budget and forecast for UK 'hub' operations. There will also be the usual monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

    This role supports all of our UK operations.

    You will:

    • Have a degree in Accounting or a Finance discipline
    • Have experience in a similar role within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment
    • Have a commitment and ability to deliver results within a timely fashion adhering to corporate deadlines
    • Be an excellent communicator with strong organisation skills
    • Be honest and have integrity
    • Have knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
    • Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential
