up to £27,000 (dependant on experience)

Oxshott - 100% office based

Permanent - full time

This could be the role for you


The role:
This is a pivotal, hands-one role that will see you providing administrative and customer service support, liaising with Directors, customers, and suppliers daily


Key duties will include:

  • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered throughout
  • Taking payments for services and products
  • Ensuring all correspondence receives prompt attention and is maintained accurately
  • Assisting with customer quotations, billings and liaising with the finance department

Key skills required:

  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent team player
  • High attention to detail

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Due to location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
