Overview:


A fantastic role has been created at CP Lighting & Interiors in Gateshead's Team Valley for a confidant and hardworking customer service apprentice to work in their well-designed and busy store.

Role and Responsibilities:

Working in the showroom to provide high-quality customer service to customers.

Working on the website, keeping this up to date (administration and social media).

Provide a standard of service that reflects the company's corporate image.

General clerical duties.

Dealing with deliveries.

Pricing of stock.

Serving Customers in the showrooM/Face to face/via telephone/website, answering any queries about products

Upselling of products and services.

Ensure a positive first impression whilst being the first point of contact.

Pick and pack deliveries from the warehouse.

Ensure customers are attended to with efficient and courteous service.

Keeping storefront clean and tidy.


Required Skills:

Communication IT Skills Able to follow procedures Punctual & reliable

Learning and Skills apprenticeship programmes are delivered through a mixture of face-to-face and virtual methods by our fully qualified and industry experienced apprentice training team.

As one of our learners, you'll benefit from coaching, help and guidance from our dedicated team whose job it is to ensure your success.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Apprenticeship qualification.


Required Qualifications:

Maths, English and ICT, GCSE Grade 4-9 or equivalent
