- Lead on delivery of large projects and complex matters in collaboration with Legal Project Managers and/or matter partners
- Act as a subject matter expert in their field, advising fellow team members on work products and delivering the most technically complex work
- Engage with lawyers and/or clients where appropriate regarding the delivery of work, agreeing structured ways of working to manage expectations
- Work with Vario Practice Development Manager to develop and deliver technical training on relevant issues
- Mentor less experienced members of the team
- Support scoping and solution design of working winning activities
- As a subject matter expert, you will work on a range of Banking work types, collaborating with team members and taking the lead in managing the delivery of Banking work to lawyers and clients
- Significant experience of working on Banking work types
- Broad experience of working in a large, commercial law firm
- Understanding of levels of service and capabilities required in alternative delivery models
- Strong project management skills
