    Description

    Leading a mutual insurance company that provides professional indemnity cover to numerous firms within the built environment including several high-profile names within the architectural world. Our client provides a broad range of services that include a comprehensive review of Members' appointments and ancillary documents, claims handling, underwriting and risk management for Members.

    You will be responsible for reviewing appointment documents and negotiating amendments to them for Members Insurance Mutual where you will work as part of a large team.

    As a team member you will assist Members to be appointed on terms falling within their cover and handle any resulting claims.

    Key duties will include:

  • Reviewing Members' appointments and other related documentation and advising them of the coverage position.
  • Proposing amendments where necessary to those documents to bring them within cover
  • Negotiating amendments with the Member's client and/or the client's advisers (if required)
  • Participating in meetings with Members to explain coverage issues. This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office with Tuesdays and Thursdays being compulsory.
