I'm working exclusively with a really exciting insurer who are rapidly growing both across the UK and internationally. They look for high calibre, driven and dynamic individuals who will really contribute to their culture. The compliance team is collegiate and hard working, currently sitting at 3 in headcount, reporting into the Head of Compliance.

My client is looking to bring on a Compliance Manager for what is primarily an advisory role, providing regulatory advice and support alongside the business' expansion. Responsibilities also involve regular liaison with key stakeholders, developing and implementing policies and procedures in various jurisdictions and ensuring compliance with SMCR and Consumer Duty.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academics/ qualifications, a number of years sitting within a generalist/ advisory position in an insurer and can demonstrate the ability to lead and take the initiative. Knowledge of general insurance products and IDD is desirable.

Salary is circa £65k - £80k (depending on experience), with fantastic benefits including a generous bonus, £1000 for compliance qualifications, paying for phone and electricity bills, daily deliveroo lunch allowance and more

There is a hybrid model of 3 days in the London office.
