Description
The postholder will report to and work closely alongside the Associate Director of People, Planning, Resourcing and Deployment.

They will be a key member of the People & Culture Directorate Team and will line manage:

Temporary Staffing Lead Temporary Staffing Nurse Advisor eRostering Lead You will work alongside the Associate Director of People, Planning, Resourcing and Deployment to continuously improve our People Practices in the above areas, so that we get the basics right every time for our people.

You will support the Associate Director of People, Planning, Resourcing and Deployment in developing and delivering a strategic response to the Trust recruitment and resources challenges.

They will take responsibility for ensuring we have a Temporary Staffing service which meets the needs of our services.


Finally, you will support our people planning approach, assist in shaping local plans and contributing regionally to realise the ambitions in Our People Plan to ensure Nottinghamshire Healthcare is diverse, inclusive and a great place to work.
