Who are we looking for?
Trillium is looking for an enthusiatstic and motivated Support Engineer. As a Support Engineer, you'll focus on working with our clients as the go to point of contact. support resolving queries by working with our clients throughout the whole lifecycle.

The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited too:


  • Logging, Managing and Resolving incidents for our MS Dynamics CRM/CE/Power Platform/ 365 products
  • You will be constantly need to be assessing the issues to make sure they are escalated to 2nd/3rd/Developers for successful resolution
  • Partnering with the support and delivery team, ensuring hotfixes are implemented effectively

What skills and experience are we looking for?
-
Experience within an IT support role with good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE / Power Platform / 365

  • Act as a bridge between CRM and Website issues
  • Server administration and maintenance (Onpremise) and Tenancy management (CRM Online)
  • Experience of coding in C# and / or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SQL and Database Management (T-SQL and SSRS)
