    Helpdesk Support Supervisor and Account Manager

    Location:
    Bristol, city centre

    20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), plus an extra day off on your birthday
    Contributory pension scheme

    Providing training, coaching and mentoring.
    Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

    Acting as the face of the business when leading client meetings, upselling solutioneering, and effectively dealing with customer complaints.

    Driving licence
    Helpdesk/IT experience
    Account management experience
    The ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:

    Experience working in an MSPLocation: You would be required at the office in Bristol five days a week, and the candidate needs to be within a commutable distance.
