    Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office, potential for remote work with monthly office visits)

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday, 09:30 AM - 5:30 PM

    Company Overview:

    You will be part of a friendly and dedicated revenue team that plays a crucial role in the firm's operations.


    • Manage various aspects of the working capital cycle, including revenue assistance, credit control, and bill production and dispatch.
    • Oversee ebill management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
    • Prepare, distribute, and ensure compliance with billing and SLAs.
    • Handle queries efficiently through direct or shared mailboxes, proactively escalating issues to resolution.
    • Maintain data integrity of key data items essential for efficient billing processes.

    Position Requirements:

    • Previous billing experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sectors.
    • Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT for law firms billing is highly desirable.
    • Confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both under supervision and independently.
    • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar billing software is advantageous.
