; Previous IT Support experience, good understanding of Hardware, excellent communication, good administration, willing to be on call, reliable positive attitude, good attention to detail, IT Support, Hardware, tape changes, patching, switching, any understanding of a data centre would give you a huge advantage.

Successful
IT Support Engineer will need a good telephone manner, clear attention to detail, willingness to impress, professional customer facing manner and good reliable data entry and administration skills.

Preferably the successful candidates will have some kind of previous experience within an IT Support role or Hardware Support role, however this isn't the main are here waiting to invest in your career.
