Pixafusion Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team in Cardiff.

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, including posting on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

This position will also be responsible for creating content that is engaging and informative to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Grow and engage our audience and brand across all relevant social networks - including existing channels, as well as proactively testing new ones

Manage social media accounts of company's employees, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Develop and post content that is engaging and informative to our customers.
Monitor analytics of posts and comments to ensure they are effective in driving traffic to the appropriate platforms.
Create original content that is engaging and informative to our customers.
Assist with SEO efforts on all social media platforms.
Provide feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of posts and content on various platforms.
Schedule and publish daily posts across social media platforms
Creating captivating and visually appealing content for an organisation's social media sites, which may includewriting blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
Work with the product and marketing teams to coordinate and execute supporting social campaigns for key product/brand launches
Pitch and execute social content series and programming
Maintain "always on" work flexibility to handle communication needs outside of typical business hours
Monitor conversations and trends across social media platforms to respond in a timely, onbrand way
Inform relevant internal teams of questions, product suggestions, content ideas, and trending topics
Handle monthly reporting on channel and campaign performance
Provide feedback to management regarding the performance of client social media accounts.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
Maintain records of posts, comments, followers, likes, shares, etc., on various platforms.
Communicate with customers regularly about product information or updates via various platforms.
Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality as required by company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Must have a positive attitude and great customer service skills

We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service (Must be punctual.)We also value people who are passionate about providing excellent customer service

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic. Must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where many demands are made simultaneously.

Must be able to work independently without direct supervision or assistance from management.'

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
From £12,500.00 per year
