    All the usual stuff like uniform, pension scheme, annual leave etc The Role As the Head Chef you will lead our exceptional kitchen team in elevating the dining experience across our diverse range of food venues - including a traditional pub, events menu, café/bistro, pizza takeaway kitchen, fish and chips counter, and our new street food truck.

    As proud winners of the Gold Devon Food Award, we aspire to make all our Cofton venues a year-round tourist attraction, offering our guests exceptional cuisine and service whilst showcasing the finest ingredients that Devon has to offer.

    You'll collaborate closely with our Executive Chef to enhance our food offering and menus; with a core focus on farm-to-plate, seasonality of produce, and the quality of locally sourced ingredients.

    You will be passionate and driven to be part of something truly exciting, and you'll inspire your team of CDPs to share in this enthusiasm.

    We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:
    Previous experience in a Head Chef role and managing a team of chefs
    Understanding of showcasing seasonal, fresh and local produce
    Understanding of legal regulations and practices within a commercial kitchen
