We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to join our Rapid Transfer Service (RTS) team based at QEQM Hospital, Margate.
You will share the CARE values of the trust and work within a close-knit group of people who bring the feeling of community to the team through their hard work and dedication to the people of the area.
As a Band 2 Administrator you will work closely with all users of our services and their families, friends and carers who all play an invaluable contribution in how our users experience our services.
Band 2 Administrators are expected to be kind and responsive but professional and informative and contribute to the quality of the services provided across the health economy.
You will be working within the established RTS team who manage the complex discharges from the acute hospitals back into the community and you will be supporting the daily functions of the team to ensure caseloads are managed and discharges are successful.
The service is a 7-day service and weekends and bank holidays will need to be covered on a rota basis to support the service.
Additional Working Pattern: 37.5hrs
