The Role
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is currently seeking an experienced Senior Content Editor to work in our Editorial, Design & Digital team within the Communications division.
What does the role involve? What are the key responsibilities?- Writing and editing content for corporate publications.- Experience of managing large-scale and high-profile content projects with multiple stakeholders and audiences.- Working in a dynamic and busy multidisciplinary Communications Division.- Learning about all aspects of financial regulation and its significant impact on consumers, covering areas including sustainability, consumer credit and cost of living at a time of rapid technology change.
Minimum- Experience of working on publications.- Confident CMS user.- Excellent copywriting skills for web and other digital channels, with proven experience of turning highly technical content into clear and concise web copy.- Experience of working with developers, and knowledge of agile projects with a focus on content.
Essential- SEO, analytics and UX knowledge gained in a digital environment.- Ability to work with numerous stakeholders and on multiple projects with to meet deadlines.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Comfortable collaborating in a large team and being a self-starter where needed.

The FCA supports hybrid working and you will be expected to work 40% of your time over a month, in our office.

The base salary range for this role is up to £43,000 to £64,000 (London) and up to £40,000 to £60,000 (National) per annum, plus an additional flexible allowance.
