This privately owned agency is adding to its team in Ipswich and is very keen to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a background in Commercial / Office Support recruitment, either Perms or Temps.

This is a new sector for the agency - there are existing client relationships to tap into plus you will be prospecting for new business, so a great opportunity to build your own desk.

The company has a quality-focused approach and offer a relaxed and supportive culture with lots of autonomy and no micro-management.

PERSON - Recruitment Consultant - Commercial

Previous experience as a 360 recruitment Consultant
Proven ability in winning new client business
Ambitious, selfstarter who performs best without KPI's
A teamplayer with a focused approach
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
