Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a
Customer/NRSWA Co-Ordinator to work on our DV2 Lot 4 program contracts across Scotland.

As the
Customer/NRSWA Coordinator, you will be part of our water construction team.

You will be required to develop, implement, lead, and manage all DV2 Lot 4 customer and stakeholder interactions and communications.

Including all related processes, procedures, reporting, liaisons, and site visits within the DV2 Lot 4 programme.


To ensure the levels of service, communication, contractual and statutory requirements (NRSWA) are met and exceeded for all projects delivered through DV2 Lot 4.

Ensure the DV2 Lot 4 operational teams are fully supported in terms of customer / stakeholder engagement and communications.

Ensuring the company delivers efficient and effective performance against all requirements and targets for regulatory, health and safety, financial and internal/external performance targets in accordance with MGS Water Division specifications, policies, and procedures and that they are aligned to those of Scottish Water.


As the Customer/NRSWA Co-Ordinator your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Advocate a healthy and safe working environment for employees, ensure that appropriate H&S requirements are met by all third-party service providers and contract partners.
  • To assist the development and implementation of a customer / stakeholder strategy within MWS (DV2 Lot 4).
  • Devise and develop strategies and activities, on a local basis, which support the delivery of the community relations objectives.
  • Ensure the BMS procedures are up to date, suitable and sufficient. For the effective running of the business area in relation to all customer and stakeholder activities.
  • Ensure BMS procedures and activities are developed and delivered in connection with all NRSWA requirements and the Carbon net zero target strategy.
  • Monitor communications and shared mailboxes to manage and escalate actions as and when required
  • Organise workshops, meetings and training sessions associated with customer and stakeholder management, and quality assurance including NRSWA and carbon net zero targets.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including representing Caledonia Water Alliance at public meetings/forums.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the local authorities, customer team (Scottish Water) and operational staff (Scottish Water and MWS).

Key Challenges:


  • The Customer / Stakeholder Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Technical Services and is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of DV2 Lot 4 customer/stakeholder management, control, reporting and quality assurance.
  • Effective decisionmaking will require a very high level of independence. Decisions to enable effective operation and delivery within budget will be taken without reference upwards.
  • To deliver business change and embed the behaviours necessary to sustain it over a wide range of roles across the DV2 Lot4 programme.
  • Understanding and supporting the development of strategies and business plans in line with legislative, regulatory, and statutory changes.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Do you have several years' experience in a customer/stakeholder focussed project delivery environment not necessarily within the water / utility industry?

Well-developed analytical skills, the ability to identify and develop and drive through solutions to a wide range of customer/stakeholder, financial, technical, and managerial problems?

Hold good facilitation and organisation skills, with the ability to effectively support the Technical Support Services and projects

Maintain excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills, exceed to meet deadlines

Can you react calmly and be able to assess situations with both understanding and objectivity, showing you have patience and act in professional manner?


Are you an intermediate user capabilities in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint? Office administration experience? - Preferably Project based.
