    ABOUT TRG

    Track Record Global (TRG) are experts in natural material supply chain assessments, verifying that the legislation in place to protect consumers and the environment is adhered to as well as ensuring that the environmental claims made by our clients are traceable.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Please note that this isn't an entry level role – we are looking for a Junior Project Manager who has approximately two years' experience in either a junior or coordinator position, and someone who has a strong understanding of Project Management methodologies.

    We're looking for a tenacious, curious and driven Junior PM, who can initially support our Client Sponsor in the management, monitoring and delivery of multiple workstreams / projects in a fast-paced environment.

    The Junior PM will work in assisting our Client Sponsor who has overall responsibility for these workstreams, delivering them on time and within budget.

    Please note that reporting lines are likely to change as projects change.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining levels of communication between project stakeholders, sponsors, clients and the wider business
    • Build solid, trusted working relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, clients and the wider business
    • Working with the Client Sponsor to continually understand and develop business requirements
    • Ongoing review of the project scope and objectives, assisting the Client Sponsor in ensuring feasibility
    • Identifying and allocating resource based on availability and capacity
    • Track progress of project stages and adapting the project plan accordingly
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, with overall sign off from the Client Sponsor
    • Manage project performance using the appropriate tools and techniques, monitoring and tracking progress and delivery
    • Escalating any issues in project performance to the Client Sponsor
    • Support the Client Sponsor in performing risk management to minimise risk

    ABOUT YOU

    The Junior Project Manager needs to:

    • Demonstrate knowledge of project management, processes and techniques
    • Have experience in working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Have solid experience in a similar role, supporting in the management of projects with a proven track record of overall project success
    • Have the ability to build trusted and successful relationships cross-functionally
    • Experience in IT projects would be helpful, but it's not a must
    • Project Management qualifications would be great, but it's not essential
