    Description

    Head of IBA | Lloyd's Broker | Hybrid/London | £ ,000 (doe) Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing Lloyd's brokerage company in their search for a Head of IB (Insurance Business Accounting) - this is a newly created role due to good company growth Overall responsibility for all Fiduciary Accounting functions including but not limited to Client Money, Credit Risk, Funding, Allocation of Cash and Unforwarded Balances.

    Assist and guide team members with reconciliations of complex ledger accounts.
    Monitor and improve processes & procedures to ensure credit control policies are maintained.
    Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required.

    Evaluating and managing the performance of direct reports ensuring they have the correct training & development in place and are adhering to company policies and procedures.

    Ability to multi task and meet processing SLA's / project deadlines.
    Please note you will be required to work in their London office 2/3 days a week.
