Their commitment to excellence and adherence to regulatory guidelines has earned us a stellar reputation in the industry.They are seeking a talented Interim Regulatory Reporting Specialist to play a crucial role in driving our their reporting project to success.
As an Interim Regulatory Reporting Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:Investigating, designing, and rigorously testing logic for regulatory reporting in alignment with the project plan and regulatory guidelines.
Working with large sets of data
Reviewing UAT testing conducted by project team analysts and associates, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various departments and regions.
Participating in improvement efforts, including department level work streams and IT automation initiatives linked to the project.
Ensuring liquidity and/or stress testing reporting adheres to the defined control framework and aligns with key reporting across the broader team.
Preferred, but not essential:
Relevant work experience in the financial services industry, particularly in regulatory, financial/product control or treasury/funding, would be advantageous. Specific liquidity or stress testing would be highly desirable
Proven experience in managing people, delegating tasks, providing career guidance, and offering developmental feedback.
This role is working with large sets of data and requires someone with advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to summarise data/themes meaningfully.
A track record of successfully building effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in agile working with regard to project deliverables.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to escalate effectively and in a timely manner.
A self-motivated personality with high standards for work quality and accuracy.
