- Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation
- Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all building fabrics related issues, and help desk requests
- Support the Engineering Team with general tasks that occur on a reactive or proactive perspective
- Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Team
