Role Overview:

We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join the Sigma Family as Customer Advisors.

What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

  • You will be working from home, delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and customer queries. Reporting into a Team Manager, who may have started as an advisor themselves, you will receive the best support. Your work will involve meeting various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and aiming for individual and team targets.
