Operations Assistant - Kings Langley, United Kingdom - Lockmetal
Description
Duties:
- Chasing payment notices and subsequent payment
- Monitoring and chasing retentions.
- Managing customer care enquiries and responses
- Contract assistance, including input of key information on to database, coordination of signing, 7day notices etc
- Organise training and updates for staff and installers
- Assist in the recording of training competencies
- Providing admin support to the operations director and project teams

Hours:
7:30 -16:30
Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
