Description

Duties:

  • Chasing payment notices and subsequent payment
  • Monitoring and chasing retentions.
  • Managing customer care enquiries and responses
  • Contract assistance, including input of key information on to database, coordination of signing, 7day notices etc
  • Organise training and updates for staff and installers
  • Assist in the recording of training competencies
  • Providing admin support to the operations director and project teams

Hours:
7:30 -16:30


Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
