Purpose of Role:
Undertake financial analysis and research, to prepare presentations and manage transactions

Key Responsibilities:
The core role is to:assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches for new businessundertake financial modelling and produce detailed valuationswrite information memoranda and client presentationsIn addition, the successful candidate will be expected to:produce briefing notes and research relating to trends in the debt marketsresearch, collate and interpret data in order to present a complete picture of an organisation or sectorserve as a point of contact for clients in the day-to-day management of transactionsstart to build own network of contacts (e.g.

lawyers, accountants, consultants and potential clients such as junior staff at private equity firms)make a contribution to the firm's Private Equity relationshipsExperience and QualificationsStrong academic record (at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent)Relevant past experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or debt advisory.
