local authority in

South London, to recruit an experienced

Parking Representation Officer. If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,

Contract: 3-6 months (Possible Extension)

Salary:
£20 p/h umbrella

Start Date:
March 2023

Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time

DUTIES

  • To investigate and draft responses to complex complaints & appeals made against Penalty Charge Notices (PCN).
  • To interview complainant and carry out home or site visits where necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
  • Must have previous experience within a Parking Representative role or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of parking enforcement including the relevant act and statutory instruments.
  • Experience in dealing with parking representations.
  • Previous experience in the parking industry.
