We're now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our leadership team to improve the efficiency of our business.

You will act as a link between the board and wider management team, and assist in driving key Director led initiatives forward.


To join us, you'll be an experienced EA/PA, used to working closely with senior Executives in a professional services business or construction related industry (engineering, property, legal, architecture, design etc).

You'll have impeccable communications skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and you'll be resilient, confident, hugely approachable and organised.


Key areas of responsibility:


  • Arranging and providing support for Board meetings including the timely distribution of papers, minute production and ensuring the completion of follow up actions.
  • Managing the diary of the CEO, settingup meetings, and providing admin support to the Director team including travel, timesheets and expenses.
  • Assisting in the implementation of key organisational, management and cultural initiatives
  • Acting as the point of contact for Directors amongst managers, staff, clients and other external partners.
  • Managing the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inputting and coordinating directors CRM activity.
  • Formatting information for internal and external communication, including preparing presentations and reports and ensuring the flow of information in a timely and accurate way.
  • Assisting with the coordination of events for staff and key stakeholders.
  • Followup of actions arising from meetings, presenting concise and salient information
This role is based in our Central London offices, with an occasional presence at our Wimbledon office.


About You:


As well as the experience outlined above, you will have the following attributes and experience:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Experience of preparing board packs and minutetaking
  • Strong project management / experience of coordinating initiatives
  • A proactive thinker, you will be assured, selfmotivated and capable of working independently, whilst bringing people with you
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion at all times
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skill, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Manage upwards and ensure actions are followed through
  • Strong relationship building skills, proactive independent thinker, capable of problemsolving
  • Detailoriented, positive and flexible 'can do / will do' attitude
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong IT skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ideally CRM experience.
