This position is for an evening Caretaker.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.


Duties:


  • Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
  • Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills:


  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and visitors in a professional manner

Salary:
£24,293.00-£25,119.00 per year
