Special Events Fundraising Executive - permanent

£19,838.00 to £22,362.00 plus £3,366 Inner London Weighting, hybrid minimum one day a week in the office based at the charity HQ in EC2A, London. Nearest tube is Shoreditch High St/Old St.

As Special Events Fundraising Executive you will be part of the Special Events Team in the High Value Partnerships Fundraising department and focused on fundraising events as a key part of audience-led fundraising.

This department is responsible for supporting volunteer committees in putting on high-level fundraising events. Execution needs to be flawless. Attention to detail is paramount, as are the diplomatic skills to help volunteers achieve success.


You will support event managers with the development and delivery of their events, by attending committee meetings, carrying out tasks such as securing prizes, recruiting volunteers, managing small suppliers and completing admin tasks to agreed standards and deadlines.


The Special Events Fundraising Executive will be experienced in successfully working in a customer focussed environment and confidently liaising both across teams internally and with senior contacts externally to support departmental activities.

You will also have well developed written and verbal communication skills to inspire in a clear and confident way.
