IMMEDIATE START
Our client is seeking an Accounting Apprentice to work for their corporate finance news company in Birmingham.

The person will be joining a young and dynamic team and the company offers a great working atmosphere with potential for regular progression.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with bank reconciliations.
  • Sending first reminders
  • Speaking with clients over the telephone.
  • Producing monthly petty cash analysis sheets on Excel.
  • Liaising with department representatives in order to clear carrier invoices for payment.
  • Assisting Purchase Ledger with matching of purchase ledger invoices with purchase orders.
  • Assisting Finance Manager with posting month end journals.
  • Ownership of Holding Companies accounts processing including, purchase invoices, purchase payments, bank reconciliation, and VAT return.
  • Credit control cover

Apprenticeship Details


Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 AAT Accounting qualification.

From £1,040.00 per month

  • Birmingham, B3 1SF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
