  • Hybrid Working Temporary to permanent Immediate Start Available Accounts Payable Assistant required for an instantly recognisable business in Leicester.
This is ongoing temporary opportunity The position will offer flexible & hybrid working once up to speed with the role.


Duties include:

  • Matching GRN to invoices & orders
  • Dealing with queries & managing inbox
  • Processing payments by BACs and cheque
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Resolving supplier queries. My client is looking for an a personable character who has excellent communication skills and will fit in to the team environment. You will have strong attention to detail and have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This business is easily accessible by public transport, offers onsite parking, a modern open plan office and the chance to secure a permanent role after the temporary period. The suitable Accounts Payable Clerk must be available immediately.
