CMA is delighted to be working alongside a growing, multi-site practice based across the south recruiting into their office based on the Hampshire / Dorset border.

This firm is very well established and services a diverse range of corporate and individualbusinesses with a specialism across Not-for-profit organisations and trusts.

The business is currently recruiting into their audit team looking for someone who would like to work in an audit capacity alongside their education clients.

This is a great opportunityfor someone working in a general / corporate audit role to work in a really interesting sector and build a long-term career from Assistant Manager level working towards full management responsibilities and beyond.

What will the role involve:

Lead audits from planning through to completion liaising with the team and client where necessary;
Conduct pre and postaudit reviews with clients;
Supporting a broad client portfolio of educational, charities and notforprofit organisations;
Manage and mentor a team reviewing their work and encouraging prompt and highquality output;
Work closely with other departments to ensure that clients receive the best level of service and support;
Provide excellent service to clients by providing sound advice and guidance;
Contribute to the firms growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Qualified ACA / ACCA with demonstrable experience working within an Audit position for at least 3 years;
A desire to work alongside Academies and NFP clients. Experience working with these types of clients desirable;
Experience of leading and completing audits from planning through to completion;
Able to manage own workload effectively;
Excellent communication and advisory skills.
