Looking for a new Nursery Manager Role? A Nursery are looking for a new Nursery Manager within an Ealing, Acton based Nursery

Salary - £27,000 - £35,000


Reed Education are currently recruiting for a Large Chain Nursery who are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Nursery Manager.

They are looking for someone eager to join their fun and friendly team on a permanent basis, who is happy to work on a fulltime basis within their all year round settings.


The Nursery is located within the Ealing Borough and the Nursery are looking ideally for an experienced Nursery Manager or someone looking to progress into the role following a very successful deputy manager position previously.

You will be a part of a successfulNursery Management Team.


The Nursery is an all year round Nursery and is open from 8:00am - 6:00pm in the evening and shifts will be on a rota basis, Monday - Friday.


Some of the Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and leading the staff at the nursery to ensure the delivery of all the Company's objectives and goals.
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are correctly followed in the nursery.
  • To work closely with the team to ensure that all fees are collected at the appropriate times and to assist in helping the other Deputy Managers into being an effective Senior Leader.
  • Liaising with the Management Team within the Nursery so it runs effectively.
  • Lead the team in ensuring Safeguarding Children procedures are followed
  • To be responsible for the day to day management of the nursery alongside the fellow Senior Leadership Team within the setting.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to help out in other areas where necessary.

Person Specification:


  • Someone who can lead an effective team and across the Nurseries
  • Experienced having worked within a Nursery setting
  • Experience of leading and helping to manage a Nursery, ideally having worked within Nursery Management or Deputy Management in a childcare setting beforehand.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
  • Team player
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Level 3 within childcare or above
  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification not health and social care qualifications
