We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our consumer finance client on an initial 3 month contract.

This role will have a hybrid/remote working model, with a requirement to be in the Head office for the induction period.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct daily reviews of complex cases within a regulated financial environment. Working to ensure compliance and adherence to company policy and procedures and to help guarantee that customer redress reviews result in good consumer outcomes.
Ensure the QA is completed in line with the QA framework document.
Suggest improvements to the process or framework to improve the experience and outcome for the customers
Provide written and verbal feedback on the case handlers cases to team leaders
Knowledge of Treating Customer Fairly outcomes (TCF regulatory outcomes) and FCA principles Borrowers in Financial Difficulty
Ability to work with their own initiative, consulting with colleagues as and when required
Grade contacts fairly, consistently, objectively, and compliantly
Identify opportunities where a review is needed to improve/change existing procedures or processes to maximise the benefits for the business
Strong written communication skills
Organisation & Time Management
Effective verbal communication & influencing skills
Coaching and feedback experience
