Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our consumer finance client on an initial 3 month contract.

This role will have a hybrid/remote working model, with a requirement to be in the Head office for the induction period.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily reviews of complex cases within a regulated financial environment. Working to ensure compliance and adherence to company policy and procedures and to help guarantee that customer redress reviews result in good consumer outcomes.
  • Ensure the QA is completed in line with the QA framework document.
  • Suggest improvements to the process or framework to improve the experience and outcome for the customers
  • Provide written and verbal feedback on the case handlers cases to team leaders
  • Knowledge of Treating Customer Fairly outcomes (TCF regulatory outcomes) and FCA principles Borrowers in Financial Difficulty
  • Ability to work with their own initiative, consulting with colleagues as and when required
  • Grade contacts fairly, consistently, objectively, and compliantly
  • Identify opportunities where a review is needed to improve/change existing procedures or processes to maximise the benefits for the business
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organisation & Time Management
  • Effective verbal communication & influencing skills
  • Coaching and feedback experience
