Accounts Assistant Duties:


  • Maintain accurate and efficient sales and purchase ledgers by posting invoices and payments/receipts to software system.
  • Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/VAT & Bank Reconciliations
  • Investigating and reconciling customer enquiries
  • Finance Administration tasks as required by the wider team


This permanent
Accounts Assistant position will suit someone who enjoys semi-repetitive tasks but also likes to investigative discrepancies to resolve.

The opportunity is there to make the role your own by providing the necessary supportwhilst offering input to achieve tasks in more efficient ways.
