    Luxe Talent, an International recruitment and selection agency specialised in Retail, Fashion and Luxury is looking for a Sales Advisor for an Italian Ladieswear Luxury brand, in London.

    In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

    Role Responsibilities:
    Tasks of the sales advisor:

    • Provide an exceptional customer experience and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity;
    • Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude;
    • You will respond to all customer queries and issues in a professional, effective and timely manner;
    • Build and maintain quality relationships with customers, resulting in strong sales performance;
    • Ensure brand loyalty by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty;
    • Drive CRM at your location and maintain the customer database;
    • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to grow your customer base and customer spend, including approaching customers for events such as private sales, in-store events or new product/collection launches;
    • As a proactive member of the team, collaborate in achieving shop objectives.
    • Proven experience in a luxury fashion retail environment;
    • Fluent English;
    • Strong customer-facing skills to ensure customer contact and a long-term professional and loyal relationship;
    • Ability to create an authentic warm welcome for all customers and adopt a humble attitude to ensure the most professional and positive environment;
    • Discreet. Ability to handle personal information about colleagues and customers with discretion;
    • Strong brand awareness and able to protect business strategy and plans and maintain confidential business information where necessary;
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Able to build strong, authentic relationships with customers and collaborate with fellow team members while supporting the store manager and collaborating effectively;
    • Proactive, dynamic and willing to learn and develop;
    • Adaptability and flexibility;
    • Effective time management skills.
