    If this sound likes you then KPI Recruiting have a fantastic opportunity available for you As we are recruiting for a Branch Manager based in our Warrington Office.

    We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and can build positive lasting relationships. A competitive nature would also be valuable, as we are looking for someone who strives to be the best and wants to have a build a high performing branch.

    What does the role involve?

    • Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
    • Manage the 'sales cycle' process and report weekly figures throughout the branch
    • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary to clients and internal teams
    • Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are aiming to raise the bar of candidate quality.
    • Offer training and support to the team, to share best practice and ensure that a collaborative and consistent approach is adopted across all KPI Recruiting divisions.
    • Updating weekly divisional figures and reports
    • Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting online band. Supporting all social media channels and activities.
    • Drive sales incentives throughout the branch.
    • Manage branch spend and costs
    • Encouraging positive attitude from the team and motivating the team to strive for success and hit targets

    What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?

    • Experience in recruitment is essential
    • Experience managing people, resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills
    • Experience at Senior account manager level or above
    • National account management experience
    • Self-starter, with problem solving skills
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships
    • Full driving license is required
