Salary:
up to £30,000 dependant on experience

What you'll be doing:

Carry out administrative activities to facilitate the smooth provision of services, including support to other functions within the business
Coordination with internal and external functions/departments to meet deadlines and targets
Manage corporate purchasing card for PPE, Marketing Merchandise, Occupational Health referred orders and stationery for the site
Supporting Broad Oak building 31 office requirements, e.g. organising desk space, lockers, printers etc
Be part of an administration team across the group to support key deliverables/initiatives

Your skills and experiences:

Good PC skills with a knowledge of MS Outlook and understanding of MS Office suites
Previous experience managing diaries and booking travel/expenses
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Previous experience managing confidential information
