Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting our Glasgow City Centre client with the appointment of an Accounts Senior - General Practice Senior on a role that will offer a wide variety and diversity to the traditional new age Accounts Senior role.


The firm are looking for an all-rounder, someone with experience in Accounts, Tax, VAT & Payroll ideally, Accounts experienced only individuals will be considered.


The Company
***A small boutique firm serving private clients and owner managed businesses across Scotland. Their large portfolio of clients come from wide range of sectors and including clients in both Industrial and Professional services, Partnerships & Charities.


Covering full range of service, including Audit, Accountancy, Tax, Payroll and Bookkeeping, as well as consulting on planning and finance issues.


The firm pride themselves on being a loyal team whose primary goal is quality of the service they are providing resulting in long lasting relationships and continuity of service.


The Role
***Due to the level of increasing new business the firm is looking for a specialist that can carry out a range of general practice services, including:
  • Accounts prep for a wide range of clientele
  • Associated corporation tax computations
  • Preparation of VAT Returns
  • Financial Accounts preparation
  • Management Accounts preparation
  • Payroll Bureau Services

Required Experience

  • History of using Iris Practice software
  • Experience of various cloudbased accounting packages
  • Experienced in charity accounts

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of payroll operations

Salary

  • Attractive salary, role is open to qualified by experienced, P/Q, and fully qualified Accountants
