    Key DeliverablesThe following duties fall within the purview of this role:
    Provide end-to-end project management for the execution of MEP packages and associated technology.
    Scope project requirements and engage with relevant stakeholders, subcontractors, PTS local and global teams.
    Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against project schedule.
    Collaborate with internal PTS teams to design, develop and implement projects.
    Manage suppliers and subcontractors undertaking installation and testing activities.
    Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
    Ensure all supporting documentation is fully completed and accurate.

    Monitor and report on project KPI metricsCommunicate with the client, allied trades, PTS teams and project stakeholders to bridge any identified gaps or perceived risks to the project delivery.

    Highlight potential risks or issues and act proactively to resolve them.
    Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new process ideas.
    Skills & AttributesSelf-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.
    A good level in English is required, other languages are considered as an asset.

    Ability to work as a team member (excellent inter-personal skills) A team player who is not afraid to ask for support when needed.

    Highly motivated and results oriented.
    Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

    Strong Project Management & organizational skills.

    Engineering or Mechanical background is essential.
    Experience with Google Workspace tools (G Suite etc.) beneficial but not essential.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Managing all aspects of projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and supervising work crews.
    Reviewing bids from subcontractors and selecting the most qualified ones based on price, reputation, and experience.
    Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
    Monitoring project costs and scheduling for on-time completion of projects.
    Reviewing blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that systems are constructable.
    Overseeing the hiring of subcontractors and workers as needed to complete projects on time.
    Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with work performed.

    Coordinating with architects, engineers, and allied trades to ensure the full scope of the systems are clear and implemented correctly.

    Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.

    Managing the flow of project information between the team, through regular meetings and written communicationsCommunicating with clients throughout the construction process to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of projects.

    Health and Safety, Observe safety regulations.
    Conform to local and national laws and guidelines, and Reporting.

    Experience & EducationAt least 5+ years of industry experience in a senior project management or program management role management position, preferably in the construction/MEP/CSA project Management capacityMust have, at minimum, a bachelor (level) degree preferably in a technical field.

    A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
