    We're trusted by over 50,000 professionals and growing.‌We've got an incredible opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales to join our team.

    This role is hybrid, being mainly remote but with regular meet-ups as required with the VP of Sales, so you'll need to be based in Woking or the surrounding areas.

    You'll need your own pc/laptop and headset, but we'll provide all the necessary software.

    Working hours will be on US time, so it's essential you can work between 1 pm - 9 pm, Monday - Friday.


    Salary:
    £40,00 - 45,000 per yearYour missionAs the Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for calendar scheduling, email communications, CRM management, and providing administrative support as needed.

    Overall, your role will be instrumental in optimizing the VP's productivity and effectiveness, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and driving sales growth.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the VP of Sales' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM systemManage email correspondence on behalf of the VP, prioritizing and responding to messages in a timely mannerTake detailed meeting minutes and distribute them accordinglyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentionCoordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferencesConduct research and compile reports as requested by the VPCollaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless operations‌Our ideal Executive Assistant would have:Experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior managementExperience in managing CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive (or similar)Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
