Reed HR are supporting a London based client, we are looking to recruit an
Interim ER Officer whilst they fill a perm role.


Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager.

You will support and provide expert ER advice, tools and guidance to generalist, other HRD teams and business areas, enabling high quality ER service and guidance to the business on all ER issues, people policies and formal processes.

As well as:


  • Support the ER team on Case management including attendance, support, note taking for formal ER meetings such as probation, exam fail, flexible working and performance appeals alongside Disciplinary, Grievance, investigations, capability and other relevantER processes
  • Provide ER guidance to the HR Generalist team where required on areas such as probation, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, exam and escalating to Manager/ Assistant Manager where appropriate.
  • Responsibility for undertaking Occupational Health referrals, workstation assessment referrals and providing overall process guidance to HR team
  • Establish strong relationships with overall HR team as a credible point of contact for ER matters where required
  • Support the ER Associate Advisor in the management of the ER inbox where required and be a point of escalation for the Associate Advisor on ER queries and processes
  • Production of good quality documentation including investigation packs, formal invite and outcome letters and reports where required
  • Support in the creation of ER MI, reviewing and analysing ER trends and hot spots where appropriate
Our client is looking for a New Year start, you will therefore need to be immediately available.
